Elaina Picken
Founder & Principal
Home has always meant a great deal to Elaina Picken. It is where people feel safest, where they celebrate, and where many of life’s most important memories are made. Because of this, she never sees a property as just a transaction. She sees the life her clients are building, the dreams they are working towards, and the trust they place in her to guide them.
Elaina’s journey to founding Maison Realty is anything but conventional — and that is precisely what makes her exceptional.
Her career began in aged care in Melbourne, where she spent four formative years supporting elderly residents with dignity, compassion and genuine care. It was here she developed the deep empathy and human instinct that underpins everything she does today.
At 23 she moved to New Zealand and joined Air New Zealand as an international flight attendant — fast tracked into Business Class and consistently recognised for outstanding service. She travelled the world, read rooms instantly, and discovered a natural gift for making people feel at ease no matter the circumstances.
From aviation she moved into international sales at Brand Developers, managing performance across New Zealand, Australia and the USA simultaneously. She helped launch the brand into the American market and achieved a single day sales record of $1,000,000 — a testament to her natural ability and relentless drive.
Returning to Adelaide in 2015, Elaina joined News Corp where she was promoted within three months to Senior Media Account Manager. Working across The Advertiser and 11 Messenger publications, she built campaigns, secured new business and developed the marketing instincts she brings to every listing today.
In 2017 she stepped into the construction and development industry, working alongside IFORM Built — a respected Adelaide boutique builder with over 40 years of industry experience. This chapter gave her an inside understanding of construction processes, contract preparation and client management that most agents simply never acquire.
In 2021, alongside her partner, Elaina purchased a commercial property in Stepney and transformed it into a collaborative business hub — bringing together architects, interior designers, mortgage brokers, accountants and marketing specialists all under one roof. What takes most agencies weeks of coordination, Maison Realty achieves with a conversation down the hall.
In 2024, with a world class support network and an unshakeable belief in what she was creating, Elaina founded Maison Realty Pty Ltd — a boutique Adelaide agency built on professionalism, integrity, genuine care and results.
Elaina gives every client genuinely personal attention. She wants to understand what matters most — whether that is achieving the best result from a sale, finding the right home for a family, or building a long term investment portfolio. From there she offers clear, honest advice and calm steady support through every step of the journey.

Away from work, Elaina enjoys fine dining, travelling and taking part in the Adelaide Rally each year. Most of all, she treasures time with her family — a constant reminder of why home matters so much.

As the leader of Loan Market Lucci & Co, operating across Adelaide and Melbourne, his reputation runs deep across residential, commercial, development and private lending — and with relationships across a wide panel of lenders, private financiers included, he’s the broker people call when a deal needs more than a tick-box approach.
Now officially part of the team as Head of Broker & Finance, John is the finance piece of a connected whole.
