John is no new arrival. His office has been in our Stepney building since 2021, and he has worked alongside Maison Realty for years — partnering with us on everything from business deals to family finance. As the leader of Loan Market Lucci & Co, operating across Adelaide and Melbourne, he carries a reputation spanning residential, commercial, development and private lending. With deep relationships across a wide panel of lenders — private financiers included — he is the broker people call when a deal needs more than a tick-box approach.

Now officially part of the team as Head of Broker & Finance, John looks after every Maison Realty client in Adelaide, working across the full spectrum of finance.
